Smooth • Naturally Sweet • Low Acidity

Cold brew takes patience, but rewards you with a mellow, refreshing cup that's perfect over ice or with milk.

Coffee: 80 g
Water: 800 g
Ratio: 1:10
Grind: Coarse
Brew Time: 14–16 hours (room temperature) or 16–18 hours (refrigerated)

Steps:

  1. Add the ground coffee to a large jar or brewing vessel.

  2. Pour all the water over the coffee and stir gently until fully saturated.

  3. Cover and let it steep for 14–16 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. Strain through a paper filter, cloth filter, or fine mesh sieve until clear.

  5. Serve over ice, or dilute with cold water or milk to taste.

Perfect for: Hot summer days, iced lattes, or anyone who prefers a smoother, less acidic cup.

Pro Tip:
Cold brew keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 7 days in a sealed bottle. Brew a batch once, and enjoy café-quality coffee all week.
